Deposits: For our security deposits are required for all bookings and are gratefully received. For a single night booking 10% of total cost would be required, for multi night bookings the full cost of the first night would be charged.
Cancellation: With respect we would like to remind guests that you enter into a contract with us by making a reservation. Upon cancellation we will make every endeavour to re-let the room(s); in which case there will be no further liability. However, if you cancel within 21 days of your arrival date a charge of the full first nights’ cost will be made. If cancelled within seven days of your arrival you will be liable for the full cost of your stay (less any re-booking allowances).
For “no-show” the first night will be charged in full.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Children : We kindly advise that all children should be well behaved and not spoil the enjoyment of other guests.
No Smoking Policy: Drynachan has a no smoking policy throughout the property.
Credit Cards: Major credit cards are accepted. A charge of 2.5% will be added to all payments by credit card debit cards attract no additional fees.
Data bases: Please be assured that at Drynachan we do not share any guest information etc with third parties. Please advise at the time of bookings if you do not wish to receive future details or offers regarding our Bed and Breakfast.
